How much water do you really need?

As we reach the peak of the summer, staying hydrated isn't one-size-fits-all strategy. Your daily water intake depends on your total body weight.


It's recommended to drink about 30-35 millilitres of water per kilogram of body weight each day, that's 2+ Litres for a 60kg adult, not taking into account our sunny region and the amount of water you may lose due to activity or strenuous activity ☀️ 😎
