As a Thai Massage Therapist, your role involves providing relaxation and indulgence to guests through quality massage therapies and body treatments. You will also manage stock, promote products, and maintain clean and organized work areas, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality massage therapies and body treatments as per the company standards.
- Greet guests warmly and create positive first impressions.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
- Participate in training and refreshers as required.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding services and treatments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Certification in massage therapy disciplines is preferred.
- Ability to focus on guest needs and maintain a courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build positive relations with guests and colleagues.
