Calo is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to create talent development strategies that enhance individual employee growth while aligning with business needs. The ideal candidate is driven by continuous performance management and focused on improving employee experience and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating training needs assessment cycles for both tech office and kitchen
- Developing training calendars involving technical and general learning
- Designing managers-specific training materials and touchpoints
- Supporting employees in self-reflection processes and building Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
- Organizing training workshops and supporting the training team in content delivery
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development role
- General HR experience and understanding
- Ability to plan, multi-task, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
