The Specialist Paediatrician will provide specialized medical care to patients by adhering to best evidence-based standards. Responsibilities include patient care management, compliance with ethical and professional standards, and involvement in non-clinical matters when necessary. The role requires effectively diagnosing, preventing, and treating various illnesses and infections, as well as collaborating with colleagues and other health care professionals for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive patient care within the scope of specialty.

- Consult and take advice from colleagues while ensuring adherence to high standards of clinical consultations.

- Participate in the professional development of medical staff and educational activities.

- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to quality assurance programs.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational regulations and policies.
