The Spa Therapist will work under the supervision of the Entertainment/Welfare Manager and/or the General Manager. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and wellness of guests and staff, while delivering various spa services. This role requires adherence to Accor's operational standards and comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.

- Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.

- Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.

- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.

- Provide advice and recommendations on spa services and products to guests.

Requirements:

- Previous experience within the spa field.

- Degree in a related discipline.

- Experience and certification in one of the spa disciplines of fitness or therapy preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
