The Spa Therapist is responsible for performing various spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner. This role entails compliance with all corporate and hotel policies, maintaining high standards in service, and ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spa treatments to the highest standards while ensuring guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa treatment rooms.
- Assist in operations of all spa and wellness departments as required.
- Comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support learning and development activities.
Requirements:
- Senior School qualification or equivalent is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Spa Therapist/Beautician.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment is preferred.
- Clear communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service.
