We have a great opportunity for a talented Spa Therapist to join the team in our award-winning Chi The Spa. The successful applicant will possess experience in massage therapy and spa treatments, creating a warm, relaxing, and inviting environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and inviting manner.

- Advise guests on spa services and tailor offerings to their needs.

- Contribute to the upkeep of cleanliness and tidiness standards within the spa.

- Remain available for training on new spa treatments and services.

Requirements:

- Experience in a luxury spa setting.

- Well versed in a wide array of spa treatments.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Able to recommend and upsell spa treatments/services.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
