Job Description:

At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests. This includes body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice, and tours of the facilities. Additionally, the Spa Therapist must maintain safety and cleanliness while ensuring guest satisfaction in all areas of spa services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional treatments and services, including body and facial treatments and massages.

- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the spa to high standards.

- Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests in accordance to brand standards.

- Accurately schedule and manage massage reservations and billing processes.

- Assist guests and provide personal training sessions as necessary.

Requirements:

- Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is required.

- At least 1 year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry.

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate effectively.

- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- It would be advantageous to have experience in a resort or wellness-related field.
