Our Spa Service Experts play an essential role in supporting a variety of vital spa functions. These associates are responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests through various spa services. They take the initiative to ensure guests enjoy their experience by promoting services, scheduling reservations, checking in guests, and processing payments. The role requires a hands-on approach to work and excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


- Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests.

- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.

- Check in guests and process payments.

- Maintain professionalism in personal appearance and communication.

- Ensure a safe workplace and uphold quality standards.


Requirements:


- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

- One year of work experience.

- No supervisory experience required.
