The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing professional and courteous assistance to guests, handling inquiries, scheduling bookings, and maintaining high standards in the spa area. The role involves conducting spa consultations, ensuring complete guest satisfaction, and promoting various spa services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
- Schedule bookings for members and guests to the required standard.
- Assist during spa promotions and events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
Requirements:
- Arabic speaking candidates.
- Strong admin skills (MS Office, Opera, telephone etiquette).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a 5-star hotel spa.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
