We are seeking a female Spa Manager/Supervisor for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have strong prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry, coupled with knowledge of current industry trends. Key skills required include People Management, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and Customer Service. A minimum of 2 years of administrative or management experience in a spa or wellness organization is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, monitor, and supervise daily operations

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and policies and procedures are executed

- Manage all staff schedules and booking inquiries through the website and social media channels

- Provide a high-quality customer experience, including a seamless booking process and luxury environment

- Carry out regular training sessions with technicians to ensure a high-quality experience

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in a salon or spa setting

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Proficient in inventory and financial management

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of current trends in the beauty and wellness industry
