Key Responsibilities:

- Book spa treatments and explain services to guests.

- Ensure all standards of service quality and compliance are followed consistently.

- Maintain cleanliness of the spa areas and assist in the operations of all spa facilities.

- Organize appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability.

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.

Requirements:

- Senior school qualification or equivalent is required; hotel school graduates preferred.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service environment is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of computer systems and effective communication skills in English; Arabic is desirable.

- Ability to understand and anticipate guest needs to provide superior customer service.

- Mature and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
