The SPA ATTENDANT is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting spa therapists while ensuring that spa amenities are well stocked and available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, gym, and pool including treatment rooms and common areas.

- Assist spa therapists and technicians with preparing for treatments.

- Provide guests with information about spa services, packages, and promotions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role or guest service position is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
