The Registered Nurse will monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice. They will manage care plans according to physicians' instructions and collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans for patients. The role involves observing and interpreting patient symptoms, inspecting wounds, handling personal grooming and hygiene, and educating patients on health risk factors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patients' conditions and manage care plans according to physicians' instructions.

- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.

- Inspect wounds, change dressings, and handle personal grooming and hygiene.

- Educate patients on health risks and promote strategies for early detection of communicable diseases.

- Document care and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

- DOH License (Registered Nurse) (Required)
