The Pool and Beach Supervisor is responsible for creating recreational activity agendas, managing inventory, encouraging guest participation in activities, ensuring safety and adherence to facility rules, and providing assistance in emergencies. This position requires maintaining equipment, training staff, and fostering positive guest relationships while upholding the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage recreational activity agendas and advertisements.

- Conduct inventory of supplies and ensure safety protocols are followed.

- Promote guest participation in recreational activities and maintain a fun environment.

- Assist in training and coaching team members while modeling professional behavior.

- Report emergencies, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

- At least 1 year of related work experience.

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

- CPR and First Aid certifications.

- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
