As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, promoting health, and supporting the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) issued by the state licensing board.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) as required.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
