The Multi-Property Recreation Director is responsible for overseeing the pool and beach areas, ensuring overall maintenance, cleanliness, and operation of cabana units. The position requires modeling service behavior to guests and employees, enhancing employee satisfaction, and managing recreational teams. This role involves developing departmental strategies in alignment with brand service strategies while achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage employees and day-to-day operations in recreation.

- Develop and manage programs and events for guests and team members.

- Oversee all Human Resources activities, including performance evaluations and training.

- Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling appropriate behavior and addressing guest needs.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in recreation/health club operations, or a 2-year degree in a related field with 3 years of experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence others.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop specific goals and plans.

- Experience in overseeing and coordinating children's programs and group activities.
