The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services, including body treatments, massages, and facials for both male and female clients in a safe and comfortable environment. The role includes maintaining equipment, documenting client files, ensuring cleanliness, responding to customer needs, promoting retail products or additional services, adhering to hygiene standards, and staying updated with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a variety of spa services, including massages and facials.

- Maintain equipment and keep documentation of client files.

- Ensure a clean and well-stocked room.

- Respond to customer queries and promote retail products or services.

- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist.

- Hands-on experience in massage techniques and body therapies.

- Excellent knowledge of the English language.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Experience in sales will be considered an asset.
