The Life Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, observing the swimming area for dangerous conditions, and promoting the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. The role requires the provision of assistance to injured guests, maintaining cleanliness of the pool area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance.

- Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions and promote facility rules.

- Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.

- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and stack towels according to company procedures.

- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

Requirements:

- CPR Certification.

- First Aid Certification.

- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
