The Kids Club Manager at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Kids Club department to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role involves creating and managing engaging activities for children, maintaining safety standards, and driving revenue for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Design and implement new, unique activities that leverage local cultural and sporting offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in relation to child care.
- Analyze and report attendance and activity statistics to department management.
- Lead the training and development of Kids Club staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children in a hotel or resort setting.
- Highly fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
