A reputed company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of their gym. The Gym Manager will be responsible for managing the budget, increasing revenues, and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the gym’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met
- Hire, train, and supervise gym staff, including fitness instructors and personal trainers
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction
- Promote and market the gym to attract and retain members
- Regularly report to upper management on the gym’s operations and performance
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Fitness Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a gym or fitness center manager for more than 3 years
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with effective issue resolution abilities
- A strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
