We are seeking a passionate and experienced Athlete Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and a passion for martial arts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our athletes, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and organizing event fight cards

- Managing athletes and promoting their careers

- Acting as a liaison between athletes, coaches, management, and departments

- Overseeing all athlete onboarding processes, contract negotiations, and reports

- Compiling and maintaining accurate athlete records and information

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports management, athlete relations, or a related field

- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Strong understanding of the martial arts industry, particularly MMA, is a plus

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary: From BD450.000 per month
