The Assistant Manager - Recreation is responsible for ensuring exceptional recreation services in accordance with Hilton Standards for guests. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple recreation programs, addressing membership complaints, maintaining recreation facilities, and providing excellent guest service.


Key Responsibilities:


- Plan, organize, and coordinate multiple recreation programs.

- Respond to membership complaints and resolve them using the HEART model.

- Ensure recreation facilities are maintained for a safe, clean environment.

- Provide courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out.

- Book, change, and cancel spa appointments.


Requirements:


- Management and/or supervisory experience within the leisure sector.

- Ability to meet financial targets.

- Excellent grooming standards and strong organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel without assistance.
